Tile & Grout Cleaning and Restoration

Tile and Grout accumulates soils, oils and many different contaminants brought in from the outdoor environment, from spills, cooking, pets and foot traffic. The grout line is recessed slightly below the tile which allows more accumulation and makes it difficult for the homeowner to remove. Grout is concrete, which is porous and deposits will penetrate and become a stain.

We use a 3 step cleaning process that removes and restores tile to like new condition.

First, we apply a base cleaning solution that is scrubbed into the tile and grout lines. This loosens the soils, oils and contaminants which we remove with our Hot Water Extractor and rotary scrubber. Second step, we apply a mild acid cleaner to loosen any staining with the same scrubbing and removal process as above. Third, we repeat the first step.
